Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Xarlon's public website. Paid services, pilots, and customer accounts are also governed by the applicable written agreement.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about Xarlon and lets visitors request a demo, a pilot, or pricing. Website content is not legal, employment, or professional advice, and is not a promise that any feature, result, or service will be available.
3. Services and customer agreements
Use of a Xarlon account, pilot, integration, or paid service requires an order form, pilot agreement, subscription agreement, or other written contract. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the service it covers.
Xarlon supports human hiring workflows. Customers and their authorized users remain responsible for role criteria, candidate notices, lawful processing, accommodations, interviews, and all employment decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or source code.
- Interfere with security, availability, or normal operation.
- Upload malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, or evade technical controls.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, organization, or relationship with Xarlon.
- Use website content to infringe rights, violate law, or build a misleading competing representation of Xarlon.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand, product descriptions, design, software, and related materials are owned by Xarlon or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Xarlon grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the public website for its intended purpose.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow Xarlon to use them without restriction or payment, provided that doing so does not identify you publicly without permission.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. The Data Declaration gives a plain-language overview of data categories and candidate safeguards.
7. Third-party services and links
This website loads one third-party component: the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on our forms. It is governed by Cloudflare's own terms and policies. The site loads no advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Xarlon is not responsible for third-party content or services it does not control.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided "as is" and "as available." Xarlon does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular hiring, business, or commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarlon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the public website. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is governed by applicable law and, for customers, the relevant signed service agreement.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update the website and these terms. The revised terms apply from the effective date shown above. Material changes may receive additional notice where required.
12. Governing law and disputes
Use of this public website is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from it.
Where a customer has a signed agreement with Xarlon, the governing law and dispute forum set out in that agreement control for the service it covers. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights available to you under the law of your own country continue to apply.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be emailed to info@xarlon.com, or submitted through the Xarlon contact page.
